Phraya Ratsadanuphradit Mahison Phakdi (Khaw Sin Bee) was born on April 8 1857 in Ranong province. Phraya became governor of Trang province in 1890. Phraya Ratsadanuphradit Mahison Phakdi (Khaw Sin Bee) was the fourth son of Phraya Damrong Sucharit Mahison Phakdi (Khaw Soo Cheang) and his Mothers name was Kim.

He went to China for vacation in 1867 to go and earn merits for his Ancestors and for that he had a chance to go and study in ZhangZhou before coming back to Ranong to help his Father. In 1882 after his Fathers death he became one of the guardsmen of king Rama V and then was assigned governor of Saraburi province, In 1890 when King Rama v saw he was doing a good job he made Phraya Ratsadanuphradit Mahison Phakdi (Khaw Sin Bee) governor of Trang Province. And then was promoted to be commissioner of  Monthon Phuket which had 7 territories: Phuket, Trang, Pang-nga, Krabi, Takuapa, Ranong and Satun. Then the first Rubber Tree Plantation started at Trang province in 1899 and then spread through Thailand. The idea came from Malaysia when he saw the people planting Rubber trees and it was a good product.

Phraya Ratsadanuphradit Mahison Phakdi (Khaw Sin Bee) wasnt just working with Rubber but he was always bringing work for People (supporting them) For example after he visited Indonesia he had an idea to build a Fresh Market so he could help  both Farmers and Consumers, helped solving peoples problem too!

Phraya Ratsadanuphradit Mahison Phakdi (Khaw Sin Bee) died in April 10 1913, he was shot by Doctor Jan Boriban at Chaofa Bridge, Kantang Port, he was 56 when he was shot.
